Sarawak Wonderkid : Ashri Chuchu Miss Another Final

To see Malaysia (Harimau Muda A) played yesterday against Indonesia (Garuda Muda) has be another unlucky streak for Ashri Chuchu which has only qualified to semi-final in the last three cup he played. Playing with Sarawak is the first one as Sarawak face Pahang in Malaysia Cup Semi-Final where Sarawak was beaten away with 3-1 and draw 1-1 in Stadium Negeri Petrajaya, Kuching which sees Pahang through to final with 4-2 aggregate.

The streak continues as he represents Malaysia in BIDC Cup in Laos where Malaysia conceded in semi-final against Myanmar where a mistake of communications of Malaysian defender and goalkeeper sees Myanmar through to final with 1-0 win.

Yesterday is the most disappointed day for Malaysian when sees Malaysia lose to Indonesia in penalty kick spot where Malaysia change 40% of the first eleven line-up to sees Ashri Chuchu on the bench for the whole game. Indonesia who first open the score with a wonderful one-two pass which lead to a goal. Thamil Arasu then equalize in the second half from a corner direct to Thamil Arasu and he score the goal. Unfortunately for Malaysia as they hold up until penalty and hoping SEA Games 2009 miracle could once again happen ends with a lose in penalty with 3-2 where Malaysia will be facing Singapore for the third place game.
